| For its aluminium heat exchangers G.D.M. (Heat Exchangers) Limited has a unique manufacturing process using a multi galleried extruded tube bonded to the fin and welded to the header plates. A comprehensive range of tube and fin is available to suit all cooling requirements and operating environments including areas of very high ambient temperature. The system is superior to other methods as it allows an extremely rapid turn-round time with a very high quality at very cost effective prices. |   |

A Company is only as good as its work force and at G.D.M we have the best. All our
employees are fully trained and qualified in their respective roles. The Company applies
the principle of 'continuous improvement'. In addition to a formal grievance procedure
we apply an informal approach where management meet all the staff on a regular basis and
consider individual suggestions and requirements of it employees.

| The company has a formal quality manual that ensures the quality of it's products and services are monitored to the highest level. GDM (Heat Transfer) Limited is familiar with most of the internationally recognised inspection authorities. the company is fully committed to the appraisal of ISO 9001 Quality Assurance. In addition, the Company works in close association with the engineering department of Staffordshire University and there has been an ongoing technical collaboration for the last three years in order to analyse our range of products and to optimise their performance. The managing director of GDM is ultimately responsible for the quality control assessment within the company. Our quality control system is one of the many reasons why major Companies utilise the service of GDM (Heat Transfer) Limited, and we are accredited suppliers to them. | |
